Age: There is relationship between age factor and other variable like productivity, absenteeism and satisfaction

Length of service:  Employees with more experience is likely to be more productivity.  Older tenure workers are less likely to resign.

Ability: An individuals capacity to perform the various tasks in a job.  Intellectual: The capacity to do mental activities thinking, reasoning, and problem solving  Physical Abilities: The capacity to do tasks demanding stamina, strength, and similar characteristics.  Ability-Job Fit: Employee performance is enhanced when there is a high Ability-Job fit.
