    We would like to report the following: Computer part: Switch hub (16 ports) Location: Library Department Problem: no power Diagnosis: After troubleshooting on the said device we found out that the power circuit is shorted due to electricshock. Recommended Solution: Since the damage of the said unit would no longer allow the device to function I recommend replacing it by a new one. Hoping for your immediate action about this matter.
