To ensure a successful implementation and the ability for users to use the system comfortably, part of our implementation strategy is to bring in key persons representatives of their various departments to visit our XXX Technology Lab to take a few training sessions while understanding the areas where change will be required to ensure that the system meets its requirements including upping the level of productivity.
