Learning Objective By the nd of the studying, the students are able to use expression of expressing and showing certainty and uncertainty The Teaching/Learning steps: I. Pre activities - greeting and questioning - Reviewing previous lesson - Learning goals showed to the students: BY the end of the study, the students are able to express certainty to the statement given. II. Main activities - To answer some questions orally for the brain storming: 1. Do you always give hints or tips to your friends if they need them? 2. could you give an example of your number one hint? 3. Onion and Green Bean Soup


Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 18 minutes Ingredients: Large knob of unsalted butter 2 onions, peeled and sliced 8 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped 1.200ml chicken stock 440g green beans, sliced Large handful of chives, chopped Large handful of coriander, chopped Method: 1. Prepare the vegetables and herbs. 2. Gently melt the butter in a sauce pan and fry the onion and garlic for five minutes, to soften. 3. Pour the stock into the pan, bring to the boil and then reduce the heat. 4. Add the beans and simmer gently for 8 10 minutes. 5. Remove from the heat and stir in the fresh herbs 6. Ladle the soup into four soup bowls and serve.
