Job Description
The position involves strategy formulation & implementation including research, preparation, evaluation, implementation of business initiatives and monitoring progress on various projects.

The job would also cover:

Strategy (business strategy, functional strategy, product line assessments, entry and diversification strategy and implementation of the formulated strategy)

Joint Ventures/Strategic Alliance (implementation of pre-transactiom, transaction and post-transaction phases including integration)

Environment Scanning (political, economic, social and technological and regulatory environment scanning, market and sector prof! iling and assessments)

Business Planning (financial modeling, projections and sensitivity analysis, viability analysis, funding/closure strategies) Business Effectiveness (BPR, change management, profitability improvement/cost reduction, and other performance improvement initiatives).

Requirements
The position will work closely with the founders and offers excellent exposure and growth potential to a professional who would like to join the core team engaged in setting up a new nationwide organization, and participate in its growth. Ideal candidate profile is an MBA with 2-4 years relevant experience with exposure to strategy and should have worked for or with Retail Banks or NBFCs, and have excellent communication & analytical skills
