individual level some employees has less competency and poor performance.

y They are motivated and satisfied with revised reward

system, coaching and training.

y Staff felt there was improvement in team work. y HOD reported for improvement in quality of work. y Staff were more co-operative. y There was increasing number of brain storming session. y Employees tried to achieve the target.

y III. Corporate level


y Improved corporate performance is linked to improved

individual and team level processes.


y Corporate performance improvement is measured by an

85% increase in company income.

y The increase in company s income is due to ODI

activities that were successful.
