Thursday, January 13 Library closed to circulation (Do NOT get on Spectrum).

Raquel and Isabel will travel to Odem to visit the elementary library and librarian. The rest of the library staff will use this day to evaluate/develop library lessons or assess the condition of current collections to make recommendations for weeding and collection development. Contact me if you would like to discuss your lesson plans, collections, or media needs. Friday, January 14 Library closed to circulation. Destiny software installation takes place. This is the last day for teachers/students to access the AR stand alone program. Library staff should continue to develop lessons and refine collections. Early Release. Monday, January 17 Staff workday. 7:30 AM breakfast at the high school cafeteria, followed by an Identity Theft training from 8:30-10:00. Renaissance Learning will upload our AR data into the Renaissance Place site for our new online AR testing. Lunch on your own. Lisa will be in technical training at 1:00. Isabel and Toni will meet with James Glenn of Gumdrops Books at the Primary library at 2:00 to create a wish list for their respective campuses. All other staff should continue to work in their libraries. TUESDAY, January 18 8:00 AM brief meeting at the high school library. Agenda: 1) Mr. Burton will discuss school finance 2) TLA conference 3) AR 4) Lesson plans Lunch on your own but adjust lunch schedule so that you can attend the Destiny Essentials Webinar at the high school library at 12:15. Bring drinks and snacks to get you through the afternoon. It will be approximately 3 hours! Wednesday, January 19 Hopefully, we will be back in business able to circulate! AR will be operational, as well, but accessed through Renaissance Place.
