The Kuril Islands stretching from the southernmost part of Kamchatcha to the waters immediately off Hokkaido belong

to Russia and Tokyo has no right to make any claim to any part of the Kuril Islands at any time. The Kurils are wholly Russian territory. Tokyo had been a very nasty and evil military power in the past and it very greatly terrorised all her neighbours, including Russia, China and Korea. Never mind that little surprise raid on Pearl Harbor. Tokyo seized a lot of territories by force and even used terrible caveman tactics to enslave innocent people. The Nippon military used humans as test subjects in very grotesque and evil experiments conducted right inside the lands and territories that were all illegally taken by naked force. In many, many repeated experiments innocent humans were frozen, boiled, dissected and cut up alive and without any anaesthetic. Humans were deliberated infected with deadly diseases and even drained of their blood to find ways to invent artificial fluids. Many were also stripped completely naked in such experiments, a practice favoured now by the US military. Innocent people were sometimes placed in wells built inside labs and boiling water was poured over them to see how long it took them to die. The list of such evil and terrible experiments is too long to be discussed here but no regret can ever exonerate Tokyo from the terrible evil and the countless crimes conducted during the height of the Nippon military conquests. Thus any claim to Russias land cannot be tolerated or accepted at all. The Kuril Islands must belong to Russia forever.
