Set-up:May 25, 2011 Show: May 28-29, 2011 Venue: World Trade Center, Pasay City The Project shall cover the following details: I. Labor and Materials 1 Unit of 10 ft. Height Ficus tree: Ficus Stem -Steel Reinforcement, Wire mesh, Styrophore, Fiber Glass and Painted finish Ficus Leaves using the real Ficus leaves. Or if available artificial Ficus Leaves. Vines using the real Millionaires vines or artificial vines. II. Delivery. Total contract price (vat inclusive) Terms: Seventy percent (70%) = Thirty Five Thousand Pesos (P35, 000.00) upon signing the contract. Thirty percent (30%) = Fifteen Thousand Pesos (15,000.00) upon Setup May 25, 2011. Please issue check payable to MELANIO Q. FERNANDO P 50,000.00
