Oil Tank

Fungsi : sbg tempat kumpulnya oil setelah dr Engine System. Kapasitas : 5,25 Quart Berada pd System : 2 Quart Max Consumtion : 7,25 Quart

Componen yg terdapat pada Oil Tank : 1. Oil Filler Cap 2. Oil Separator 3. Oil Filter Tank 4. Oil Temperature Bulb 5. Oil Air Vent Valve 6. Fuel Heating Tank

Oil Press & Oil Temp Indicator


Oil Temp indicator bekerja berdasarkan panas oli Yg diterima Blub/sensor panas yg terdapat di oil tank. Oil press indikator bekerja berdasarkan tekanan / press oil yg dihasilkan o/ oil Pump yg akan Dialirkan ke system.

Oil vent Valve


u/ membantu lubrication pada saat laks strat E/G Bekerja saat start cycle otomatis Vent Valve bekeja s/d establish Start.

OIL PUMP ( GEAR ROTATION )


Terdapat di dalam Gear Case Fungsi : Menghisap Oil dr Oil Tank
(12 GPM/ 100 % RPM dg Press 50 PsiPsi120 Psi)

Oil Press Regulator


Ball Check Valve Spring
Mengatur press oil yg berada pada system (over press dikembalikan melalui reg ke pump inlet) Cara: Tekanan yg dihasilkan oil pump, akan disesuaikan dg harga tekanan spring yg sdh ditentukan pabrik.

Oil Filter
Fungsi : menyaring hasil produksi dr oil pump sebelum ke system (10 micron) Bahan pembuat: Paper (karton)100 jam Scrin (kawat Baja)............200 jam & lihat kondisi Scrin (part number Ordena)..dipakai terus (baik)

Filter By Pass Valve


u/ mem By Pass aliran Oil Pump, jika pada filter tersumbat/ buntu (kotoran / partikel) Bekerja dg perbedaan tekanan Difrensial Difrensial Press (50 Psi s/d 60 Psi dg tanda Red Prop indicator akan mencuat inch.

u/ Menhisap Oil yg telah digunakan system di Gear Case dikembalikan menuju ke Tank. Ada 3 Scavange Pump a. 2 pd Gear Case di nose case (9 gpm/18 gpm) b. 1 pd Rear Turbine (3,2 gpm/18 gpm)

Chip Detector
Berfungsi : deteksi bila terdapat Partikel Loagam atau Bramen di dlm Gear Case selama E/G operation. Posisi : magnetic Chip Detector Plug terletak di Gear Case bawah bagian kiri, dilapisi secara Elektris dr rumah yg mengelilinginya. Kerja : partikel logam ditarik o/ magnetic plug & menshortkan insulator shg tjd ground circuit antara Plug & Chip Detector (Warning Light Menyala) (Warning
