LAS NIGHTS MEETING CITY HALL

OUR OWN mild mannered Buddy Saunders who's never been expelled from anything in his life was escorted from city council meeting by police. Following him was Zack Maxwell with a police escort. Turns out there aint much free speech in city hall unless you agree with them. After reviewing the TDP we saw it was nothing more than a back door bike plan. Our side showed up a city hall with more than 4 times the number of bike plan supporters. Supporters had 5 folks sign up to speak. Our side had at least 25 to 30 that wanted to speak. So seeing that the supporters were outnumbered they limited both sides to 20 minutes in an effort to make our side look equal on camera. By doing this they tossed Arlington residence that wanted to get their opinions heard on the issue under the bus. When the last person got up there to speak the Mayor said you have 10 seconds. That's when the room blew up. The arrogance on display by our city council and especially the Mayor was enough to make your head explode and that exactly what happened with Buddy and Zack. The Cluckster (our mayor) thinks he's a dictator and he's bigger than he is. They voted for the TDP in this first round. They continue to ignore Arlington residence who flat out refuse the bike plan which is based on false data. The battle continues join us at our next meeting for the real story.
