Automotive Graphics
We use the latest state of the art screen printing equipments with dust free environment, Highest quality raw materials with special adhesives & printing inks with Silicon free and ROHS approved to produce decals. We produce vibrant striking decals & Labels with the guaranteed life span of at least 5 years for light fastness & adhesion strength. Pre Lacquered Decals These decals are Printed on Automotive grade vinyls with excellent gloss & Long Outdoor life. Post Lacquered DecalsThese decals are Printed on Automotive grade vinyls with special coating to accept PU / TSA Lacquer Coat.

PU Dome Labels
Poly Urethane Resin coated dome labels are used in a wide range of home appliances, Automobile industries and electronic industries. These labels are required to have 5 principle properties to meet industry standards of quality & longevity. Striking looks Smooth finish Light fastness, Non-scratch abrasion resistance, Solvent repellence. Which is exactly what our dome labels have. Manufactured on state-of-the-art X-Y-Z axis machine to handle micro doming, thin doming and script lettering jobs as per customers requirement.

Speciality Labels
We make a wide range of self adhesive labels on a variety of substrates including Paper, PVC, Polycarbonates, polyester, Fabrics, Aluminum foils etc. Screen printed with high opaque, translucent, metalized & sparkling inks, specially formulated adhesives ensure a high product life.

Emblems, Logos & Metal Name Plates

Made from high quality anodized aluminum, brass and copper sheets as per the customers requirements. Our production setup is well equipped with machineries to handle printing, buffing, anodizing, forming and blanking operations. Inspection at every stage builds in quality of the highest possible standards.

Security & Roll to Roll Labels

We offer a wide range of tamper evident, self destructive labels printed on specialty vinyl's and polyesters. Bar Code label printed on specially treated papers, PVCs and polyesters are available in precut roll form.

Foam Die cuts & D/S Tape Die cuts

Customised as per customers requirements, these precision die cut components are manufactured from many materials including foams, rubbers, aluminum, copper and SS sheets and polyesters. They are widely used in many industries as sound and heat dampers, static shields, shock absorbers, EMI, RFI, Shields. Our manufacturing accuracy maintain tolerances within microns.

AUTOWRAP - A protective masking for automotive
Purpose Autowrap is design for the protection of automotive finishes during transit to the dealer and storage. Performance features Removable, Confirmable, No edge lift Use - Cover bumpers, door age, rocker panels, fascia, door handles, B pillars etc.

ABC PILLAR TAPE

Purpose - Use in the automotive and other industry for black out applications. Performance features 5 to 7 years Outdoor Life. Use A,B, & C pillars, window profiles, decoration & wheel arches.

SCRATCH GUARD
Purpose To Protect areas that are vulnerable to scratches. Performance features - No look polyurethane film Use Areas below the handles, around door lock etc.

PU Doming with special effects : We have installed state of art machine with latest technology to produce Flat Doming Color Doming, Photo Chromic Doming Thermo Chromic Doming Texture Doming Phosphorescent Doming Doming with metallic (sparkling effects) Double Doming Hard Doming (Shore D 50-55)

Thin Film Doming : PU Can now be used like a thin lacquer (0.2 to 0.4 mm) yet keeping its typical quality feature : Excellent weathering ageing resistance and superior adhesion performance. The PU Resin is spreaded onto aluminium sheets in such a thin layer that you can finally touch the embossing ! Flat Film Doming : The Polyurethane resin is first poured so as to remain particularly flat. After the Curing time is over, the resin coated emblems are punched out of sheet, post-formed and eventually cased into a plastic mould (typical applications are Automotive emblems, badges, etc.) PU Thickness 0.7 to 1 mm
