1.A grievance refers to discontent or dissatisfaction with any aspect of the organization. 2.Discontent arise out of employment ¬ due to personal &family problems. 3.Discontent can arise due to real or imaginary reasons. The reasons for such a feeling may be valid or invalid, legitimate or irrational . 4. Discontent may be voiced or unvoiced. If not looked into promptly the employee feels a sense of lack of justice.
