Rationalisation of Service Charges

Inter - Core Transactions

In line with what is being followed in our sponsor bank it has been decided to
rationalise sevice charges of intercore transactions as detailed below :

Note:
a) Charges are to be recovered from the account where the credit is afforded.
b) Charges recovered are to be credited to the branch which puts through the
transaction.
c) Transactions put through at non-home branches, where both the legs (debit
and credit) involve inter core transactions at out-station branches; will be
charged for one leg only.
d) Non-home transactions will be allowed to be conducted without any sevice
charge from all staff / pensioners.

2. Our Data Centre has been requested to incorporate the service charges in the
Software itself by 01.07.2011. In case charges are not incorporated by them,
branches should be in a position to recover the charges manually.

3. While we are arranging to display the revised service charges on Bank’s

intranet/website, please arrange to display the charges on Branch Notice Boards for
information of the public immediately.
