The good news is that there is a very compelling reason to attend Mass this very ‘weekend. Prevention of diabetes can rely on reducing extra weight, Daily exercise especially in the morning will help ‘you lower blood sugar lose weight and improve your body's sensitivity to insulin and keep your blood sugar level at a normal range. Aerobics class and resistance training are both good for this. Secondly you should have a diet high in fiber. A dict high in bens, vegetables, whole grains, seeds, nuts and fruit helps lower your risk of heart attack and improves the control of you blood sugar. If you cat healthier, exercise and go for routine diabetes tests. 1f you have a family history or are older than 45 your risk of developing diabetes should decrease substantially.
