 Mission Offerings – A mission envelope was sent home today and may be brought
back anytime this week.

 Spelling Words – Spelling words for Unit 33 were sent home today.

 Memory Work Calendar – A modified memory work calendar for May was sent
home today. The changes include the recitations and a hymn for the Ascension
service.

 End-of-the-Year Field Trip – A field trip permission form was sent home today.

 Instrumental Concert – This Wednesday at 2:00, the students that take instrumental
lessons at Apostles will perform a brief concert for the rest of the school. If you
would like to attend, you certainly may!

 Piano Recital – This Friday, May 20th, the piano students will be having a recital at
7:00 p.m. Please come and let them entertain you with their music! Remind your
child to bring his/her piano piece for the recital to school on Friday so he/she can play
it for the class.

 MLC Wind Ensemble – Next Tuesday, May 24th, Martin Luther College’s Wind
Ensemble will perform for the students at 10:00 a.m. Anyone is welcome to attend!

 Yearbook Pizza Signing Party – This fun even will take place on Tuesday, June 7th.
Information about this was sent home last Friday. You may turn in the $3 for this fun
event thru Friday, May 27th.
 Talent Show – Next Friday, May 27th, at 7:00 p.m., many Apostles students will be
participating in a talent show. They will do a dress rehearsal for the rest of the school
next Thursday, May 26th, at 8:45 a.m.
