1.1 To dismantle the existing ‘Split Airconditioning Unit’ Nos. 11 100.00 1,100.00
and cart away to the Maintenance Dept. Store,INTEC.

1.2 To do chemical cleaning for evaporator cooling coil Nos. 11 200.00 2,200.00
and condensing cooling coil.

1.3 To install existing ‘Split Airconditioning Unit’ at same Nos. 11 100.00 1,100.00
palace.

1.4 To supply and install of aircond refrigeration piping lot 11 300.00 3,300.00
and pvc drainage piping by using 3/4" diameter c/w
insulations and fittings.

1.5 To supply and install of aircond control wiring using lot 11 200.00 2,200.00
2.5 sqmm pvc cable in g.i conduit c/w earthing
between fan coil and condensing unit.

1.6 To make good all the defect area to match the existing L/S L/S 500.00 500.00
material, paint and chart all the debris from site.

1.7 To testing and commissioning for all the above L/S L/S 500.00 500.00
equipment installed.
