Yang terhormat pihak pihak yang berkepentingan,

PT PP LONDON SUMATRA INDONESIA Tbk, has appointed PT. TÜV NORD Indonesia (member of
TÜVNORD group, Germany) to carry out an evaluation of the management of Palm Oil Mills and Palm Oil
Plantations with an independent and a view to seeking certification against Roundtable on Sustainable
Palm Oil (RSPO) Principles and Criteria – Indonesia National Interpretation (RSPO INA–NI).
PT PP LONDON SUMATRA INDONESIA Tbk. telah menugaskan PT. TÜV NORD Indonesia (anggota
TÜV NORD group, Germany) untuk melakukan evaluasi manajemen Pabrik Minyak Kelapa Sawit dan
Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit secara bebas dan bermaksud untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi berdasarkan
Prinsip dan Kriteria “Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO)” – “Indonesia National Interpretation
(RSPO INA–NI)”.

Area of assessment within RSPO certification of PT PP LONDON SUMATRA INDONESIA, Tbk would be
addressing to 4 Palm Oil Mills and 12 Palm Oil Estates whole are in North Sumatra Region. PT PP
LONDON SUMATRA INDONESIA currently has totally 10 Palm Oil Mills and 28 Palm Oil Plantations and
they are one of active RSPO members.
Bidang penilaian dalam kaitannya dengan sertifikasi RSPO PT PP LONDON SUMATRA INDONESIA,
Tbk, akan mencakup 4 Pabrik Minyak Kelapa Sawit dan 12 Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit, seluruhnya berada
di wilayah Sumatra Utara. Saat ini PT PP LONDON SUMATRA INDONESIA, Tbk mempunyai 10 Pabrik
Minyak Kelapa Sawit dan 28 Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit dan merupakan salah satu anggota RSPO yang
aktif.

The assessment will be involved lead auditor and auditor, social and environmental expert, social and
economic expert. The team of this assessment will inform solely to PT PP LONDON SUMATRA
INDONESIA Tbk before date of the certification.
Penilaian akan melibatkan auditor kepala dan auditor, ahli sosial dan lingkungan,dan ahli ekonomi. Tim
penilai akan memberitahukan kepada PT PP LONDON SUMATRA INDONESIA Tbk sebelum tanggal
sertifikasi.

inputs for commenting on any significant environmental, social aspect performance, and ecology as well
as legal that your consideration to this the certification.
