IMPORTANT:
Read these installation instructions carefully before installing the fixture.

MANUFACTURERS CAUTIONS !!!

1. These fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician only.
2. Read the installation instructions carefully before installing the fixture.
3. Make certain the power is OFF before starting installation or attempting
any maintenance.
4. If the fixture has factory installed power cords, they are connected to
other components inside the fixture. DO NOT PULL ON THE CORD AS
IT MAY DISCONNECT FROM OTHER COMPONENTS INSIDE THE
FIXTURE.
5. During installation power cords should be suspended and not placed on
top of the fixture.

WARNING:
Turn off power supply to avoid the risk of electrical shock. This product
must be wired in accordance with the National Electric Code and any
applicable local codes ad ordinances. Proper grounding is required to
ensure personal safety.
 FIXTURE INSTALLATION

1) Remove fixture covers

2) Insert lamp holders into slots on fixture base (A)
3) Attach fixture base (A) to ceiling or structure
4) Connect power wires from ballast to incoming power wires
5) Attach fixture reflectors (C) to fixture base with supplied quarter turns
(G). Note, the fixture covers referred to in 1) above can not be
attached at the same time as the reflector. This fixture can be used as
a strip fixture by attaching the fixture covers or as an industrial strip
fixture by attaching the reflectors
6) Insert lamps (B) into lamp holders and twist lamps to lock into lamp
holders
