(REMOVED) Holiday Door Decorating Contest

This Year’s Theme: “The Magic of the Holidays”

As part of this year’s Holiday Celebration, there will also be a door decorating
contest. If your department/team would like to participate in the Holiday Door
Decorating Contest, please submit your entry form to (REMOVED) by noon on
Friday, December 7, 2007.

The contest will include each department or team (voluntary) to decorate their
department/team door. Remember this is an opportunity to have fun, promote
team spirit and to show your department/team’s creativity. Each department/team
willing to participate will be required to adhere to the following rules:

• Please do not damage the door, the wall surrounding the door or create a
fire hazard.
• Please do not obstruct or block the doorway.
• Each department/team can spend no more than $25 on items used to
decorate the door (please note that funds used to purchase items for the
door decorating contest will not be reimbursed from the (REMOVED)
operating budget).
• Each department/team can bring items from home to use as part of your
decorations for the door. However it is strongly discouraged to exceed the
$25 limit. Remember this is about fun and creativity.
• Do not make any references to any religion in the door decorations (e.g., a
nativity scene, three wise men, menorah, etc.).
• Doors can be decorated November 26th through December 13th. Doors
cannot be decorated prior to November 26th and must be completed by
5:00 p.m. on December 13th.
• The Quality of Work Life Committee will select judges (the judges will be
<REMOVED>). Judging/voting will take place on December 14th, and
the decorated doors will be judged on creativity and the door decorating
theme.
