These are some examples of fat:

health problems.
Vitamins are classified into two groups:
a) Vitamins that are soluble in water – vitamins B and C
b) Vitamins that are soluble in fat – vitamins A,D,E and K

Water-soluble vitamins are not stored in our body.


Fat-soluble vitamins are stored in fat tissues in our
body where they are slowly released.
