Demand for Transparent and Timely information about current contract
negotiations, merging and dissolution of NYC locals, changes to Job Referral (Full Mobility), and court developments with Judge Berman We oppose McCarron’s New Interior Systems Local 395 Maintain “One man, One vote” Rank and File Vote for EST Current Delegates to the District Council, aka, “Rubber Stamp Committee.” We need rank and file delegates representing the rank and file membership . NO to District Council employees as delegates. THIS IS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST. Our contract expires June 30, Rumors are spreading we are facing pay cuts. We already gave back $2.13 on Jan 1, how much more can we give? (we do not want to be sold out). Is the NYCDC Negotiation Committee negotiating in good faith on our behalf? Membership to ratify all contracts. NO to the sell of 395 Hudson
We must stand together and let our voice be heard!
