There were no stated time in this problem and situations.

II. Viewpoint.
The viewpoint of Mrs Delia De Los Reyes, she really focus on
facilitating and organizing all the situation in the business and not
know what they were formulating objectives etc., and left concentrated
on what step or changes she may do.

III. Statement of the Problem.

There are many problems may occur but, the serious problem is
that the new and old employees that were making conflict decision
that can ruin the reputation or destroy the entirely business operation.

IV. Objectives.
a.) function as a unity on every problem they will take.
b.) formulate its goals on what the employees purposes.
c.) let the creative ideas find a way to have a decision to help the
business.
V. Areas of Consideration/Analysis.
We take consideration about the reputation of the business
because it was rapidly increase like the production, publication and
sales but because of this it shook them with big expectation and
responsibility that it create problems from the inside the business by
making awful decision. It must have integrity on its policies by showing
changes in formulating plans.

Vi. Evaluation of Alternatives.

The evaluation of its solutions really based on what is the
capability and range of its employees and the standing of its reputation
not only the owner but the whole business. We aim to really maintain
its quality and focus on properly wages.

VI. Alternatives Courses of Action.

They must undertake each one of them to establish each as in
individually in request, ideas and suggestion for them to move forward
in making relationship to know them each other and reach everybody’s
opinion and that when they make them reliable on each back and
that’s when they leap forward and I am sure it will grow there business
not only in the outside but also each company in the business.

VII. Recommendation.
The best way I will recommend is to know to rely, affiliate and
know each other to establish this relationship and that’s when it will
succeed to enhance its changes with properly identify its information
and to have efficient knowledge to help its business.

VIII. Conclusion.
My conclusion in this situation is that it must solve this problem
immediately and act as a concentrated and a focuser to really action in
this problem and most of all really love what they are doing, have a
camaraderie by doing this maybe tomorrow will be a bright future for
its business.
