As one of the only “retained partners” for IBM Software Services for WebSphere, Lotus
and Rational (ISSW/ISSL/ISSR), we provide IBM with teams of expert technologists that
manage the implementation of IBM Software products across the U.S. We are a
“Premier Level” partner and have helped IBM develop hundreds of solutions.
Our consulting specialization for IBM solutions includes Lotus, Rational, Tivoli,
Information Management, and FileNet. In addition to our work on behalf of IBM, we've
served hundreds of enterprise clients directly with IBM solutions.

We are currently hiring a WebSphere Portal Architects with a proven background in the
delivery of complex WebSphere Portal based solutions. As a member of our Portal
Practice, you will be responsible for providing consulting services for the design and
development of complex JEE and WebSphere Portal based solutions to our Global 3000
client base using industry-leading products and technologies. This job will be a
Cleveland based position requiring the flexibility to travel to accommodate client needs.

Requirements:
• At least three years direct hands-on experience in IBM WebSphere Portal,
architecting highly-available and scalable WebSphere Portal 6.0/6.1 systems.
• Experience in IBM Websphere Portal v6.x design and development including
developing JSR 168/286 Portlets, WSRP, JSPs and Servlets, SOAP-based Web
Services, RAD, Portlet Factory and/or Eclipse IDE.
• Strong knowledge of WebSphere Portal components, services and frameworks
(WCM, PDM, WMM/PUMA, Personalization, Themes/Skins, Portlet Wiring,
Access Control, etc.)
• At least five years experience in web-related development efforts using Java,
J2EE, or related development techniques: (Ajax, Javascript, JSP, JSF, Struts).
• At least two years working in consulting, with at least one year in a team
leadership role in a consulting engagement.
• Experience in the use of Security integration - identity management,
authentication, authorization, access control, Tivoli preferred.
• Experience in the use of Personalization - unique, configurable WebSphere
Portal experience for each individual user.
• Masters degree in CIS or equivalent level of industry experience
• Must have excellent client facing skills and able to communicate with customers
at all levels of the organization.
