Before Installation
• After driver installed, connect USB dongle to laptop and Window will
detect the devices.
• Open Device Manager and check the dongle is installed probably.
• If problem found, you should [1] re-install driver, or [2] lookup

Port Setting - Option
1. Enable DHCP: This option is for multi data test. Check it for
single PS data call.
2. Set Port Wizard: This is enabled if XCAL is connected to the
hardware box (XCAL-MO). It will assign DM Port, Modem
Port and AT Port automatically.
3. Network RegEdit: Configure TCP/IP setting of the window.
During data test, TCP/IP setting may affect performance.

Scenario Assignment – Sync/Async
• Repeat: Set number of scenario list to be
repeated
• Sync: Enable/Disable/1/2/3/4 Mobile when
Port-Sync option is selected.
• Keep Con: Keep the PPP connection after
the 1st setup, until the call test finished.
• Network Type: The scenario run at the
specific network.
• Group: Assign Group # to each Mobile.

Port:

Color Setting
• Define color display of XCAL

• If BTS file 1st row contain header, check Exclude first line
• If each row in the BTS file contains all sector info, check All sectors per
line.
7. For each column, select from drop down box the best matched header name
8. Click New to replace all existing loaded BTS by this new file. Click Append to
append the BTS to existing BTS file.
