The periodic inspection found the following:
1) In various locations, such as pipe fittings, floor tiles and mastic, and roof joints, asbestos containing materials were found to be in fair condition with some damage.
2) Recommendations were made for operation and maintenance to address shrinking pipe insulation joints and damaged floor tiles.
3) One area of pipe elbows by a boiler room required repair work due to damage.
