Hi, my name is Bob Ferguson. I am from Chicago and I am a

reporter for Time Magazine, the famous American weekly
magazine. I’ve been all over the world .I’ve been to Europe,
Africa, Japan and Brazil. I’ve been to Canada twice, but I’ve
never been to Quebec. I’m going there next summer. But there
are still many places I’ve never been to. I’d love to visit
Australia and New Zealand.
I’ve had lots of happy experiences and I’ve done many unusual
and unpleasant things. I’ve eaten all sorts of strange things:
snake meat, crocodile meat. I’ve taken photos of all kinds of
wild animals. I’ve seen a tigress giving birth to her baby.
I’ve also swum next to dolphins. Two years ago, when I was in
Japan, I played on the roof of a tall building. That was
something!
The most fascinating report I’ve ever done was on the pygmies
of Africa. Five years ago, I was doing a report in Africa and I
stayed with them for a month. The pygmies are the smallest
people on earth. They are usually about 1.30 metre tall. They
are very friendly, probably one of the friendliest people I’ve ever
met.
