change on sighting of the moon or as may be declared by the State Government. 
In addition to above holidays, each employee may also avail  any two chosen holidays out of 
the following list of Restricted Holidays. The employee (s) intending to avail these holidays 
shall  be  required  to  submit  application  to  the  concerned  Head  of  the 
Department/Centre/Section for approval  of the  competent  authority  in advance. Such  leaves 
will normally be granted by the leave sanctioning authority except  when the presence of the 
employee(s) is considered necessary due to exigencies of work in the University.
