 Introduction
Easy Recharge is a first normal recharge shop in Kolkata that is providing a world class
recharge facility to people of Kolkata by building a state of the art Recharge shop in urban cities..
The main aim is to achieve complete customer satisfaction by providing them all facilities with
easy and efficient solution. Various desks for Customer Care, Recharge and Billing of various
other desks to Counsel the customers. This system is managed by the owner of the shop followed
by number of employees under him which are the users of the system.

 System Analysis

We have done thorough observation of the existing system as a customer to identify the
problem in the system and we have also taken informal interviews with users / employees of the
system to identify the user related problems.

 Problem Statement

Since the existing system is completely manual so it is really very difficult to

maintain and to keep a full record about the daily recharge of different networks. The
information is not up to date and manual system requires staff to maintain their records
on the registers. It creates many problems such as Faulty recharge, duplication of
recharge or information is also present which creates an error.

 Scope of project
 Development of Mobile recharge System for Easy recharge helps in managing the
database for storing and retrieving required information about various networks, different
vouchers ,top ups and tariff plans along with confirmation message handling. Main aim is
to computerize the manual system to save time and extra effort required managing the file
system. It has a friendly user interface which makes the database management system
easy to use for common users.

 Objectives of the Proposed System

The software is planned by keeping in mind all those necessities and provisions so
that it should not have a single thread of complexity in it.

The software that is projected is able to overcome all the flaws that are mentioned
before and will be helpful for further expansion.

 Advantages of project

Efficiency

It gives the required information about the various tariffs, sim card availability,
and direct payment to the respective networks and other data in less time.

Security

The Mobile Recharge System developed for this project is very secure and cannot
be hacked or accessed by any stranger.

Facilities

It is very easy to access and retain the information about recharge time, recharge
ID , sim sales and user data.

Time

It takes less time to store new information and to retrieve required information
from the database management system.

Flexibility

This database management is flexible as it can be easily modified when some

changes in the system is required.
 Features

The features provided by the system are:

1- Easy access to database containing the details of all recharges.

2- Each recharge will be assigned a unique code and its recharge amount can simply be
identified by just entering its code.
3- Features available in the recharge form have easy access which include, back,
forward, create, delete and update query etc.
4- Features available in the recharge form tell about the day and timings of the recharge
done.
5- Features available in the daily recharge form provide complete details about the
recharge count (in Rs.) on each day.
6- Help in reducing the work load and saves time.
7- To keep the records of all previous recharges.
8- Maintain or update the record of offers and vouchers.
9- Easy access to database containing information

 Feasibility

Technical Feasibility

We should be equipped with sufficient system and resources to implement the

candidate system.

Economical Feasibility

After settling down the initial stages and deciding the proper plan to constitute the
software it is necessary to determine the cost and time frame to complete the project. So
after analyzing the whole requirements and resources for project it is concluded that total
 budget required for the project will be around 50,000 rupees and time consumed to
complete this project be definitely around 1 month. The project will be completed and
delivered in time.

Operational Feasibility

System being very user friendly the users can be trained to work with the system
efficiently.

 User characteristics:

The user will be trained or qualified person user profile is specified below:

• He is a person who is authorized to enter, delete, update and edit the data in
database.
• He is the person who will operate the software to calculate the total amount of the
recharge done along with their details.

 Assumptions and Dependencies

We assume that user has general understanding of computer and also user
understands the instructions written in English language.

 Conclusion

The testing of this system should prove that this system is perfect or the organization to
do their work in a more appropriate form. There are many aspects of this computerized system.
This is also a time saving system which can do many things automatically and in very short time,
which were done manually by the users before this system.

This system is formed in such a way that it will contain all the latest features. It is more
reliable than any other system available for data saving now days. In the future further
developments could also be done on it to make it more efficient.
