GENERAL INFORMATION
MGF Continuous Flow Hose Reel are designed to meet end user requirement and use
with non-collapsible hose to provide single man operation of hose streams for fire
fighting or wash-down application. The reel frame are design to wall mounting, floor as
well as overhead installation. Just open the water supply valve, and water continuously
flow thought the hose even while unreeling. Ideal for indoor and outdoor installation.
Service apply for Offshore Industry, Oil & Gas, Chemical & Petrochemical, Mining as
well as On Board Ships.

FEATURES
- Solid frame and drum assembly made of Mild Steel ASTM A106
- Manual rim rewind with pin lock
- UNS 85700 cast brass swivel joint allow reel to rotate smoothly for easy of
connection to the water source.
- Heavy Duty & Rigged pillow block bearing to support drum assy.
- UNS 85700 cast brass Riser outlet (goose neck) assembly provides flow
through the internal plumbing to hose/nozzle.
- Optional : flange inlet connection, flexible connector and ball valve will be
provided upon request.
- Non-collapsible seawater resistant hose made of Buna-N compound,
workingpressure 250 PSI.
- 1 ½” Inlet BSPT female, Outlet 1 ½” NH Male.
- Twist Shutt off 1 ½” Fog & Spray Nozzle made of UNS 85700 cast brass.
