Structure of investments that have made small and medium enterprises in
Kosovo and the private sector in general is mainly for: land and buildings, for equipment, working capital and new tools. Orientation towards further development through new investment is expressed in small and medium enterprises because most of them plan to make new investment activities. Also, we must emphasize that the majority of SMEs that intend to make investments need credit. Noted that businesses with large obstacles for the realization of these plans look exactly the sources of investment, because the share of credit in the expected investment is very high, and less to two other factors such as lack of business plans and the uncertainty economic and political.
