THUNDERVALUE POP-UPS

The ThunderValues are displayed every morning campuswide on all employees’ computers in the form of a pop-up box. One
value is featured each week and serves as the focal reflection at the start of meetings of Councils and the Leadership Team.

The computer pop-up box displays the featured ThunderValue captured in action photos of faculty, staff, students and
events on campus which are reflective of that value in action. The screen also includes a definition of the value and an
invitation to employees to submit examples of ThunderValues in action to the ThunderBridge electronic employee newslet-
ter. A link to all ten values is also provided. The pop-ups change weekly.

The ThunderValue pop-ups serve to remind employees about our purpose, and the manner in which we work together to achieve
our mission and vision. They further serve as a short period for reflection to guide all individual decisions and actions.
