Project Name : BIOMARKER DESIGN FOR CERVICAL CANCER
Client : Center for Bioinformatics Research Institute., Chennai.
Duration : 2 months(May 06 - July 06).
Description : Designed a methylation marker for cervical cancer using online
tools and databases (Bisma, Methmarker, BQ Analyzer, NCBI).

Project Name : MAGEN APPLICATION
Client : Scientific BioMinds, Bangalore.
Duration : 6 months(Dec 01 - April 20).
Description : Designed a software using java swing application for identification
of structure components of gene and micro satellite identification and properties.
