Prostate Stimulation Techniques

Prostate Stimulation has both health and personal benefits. Many claim external massage of the
perineum increases blood circulation to the prostate, which is good for the health of the prostate.

From a pleasure standpoint, the prostate is sometimes referred to as the "male G-spot." Prostate
massage and stimulation are known to lead to non-ejaculatory male orgasms. Some use prostate
stimulation for prostate milking, which involves a non-ejaculatory discharge of semen. Men can use this
as an act of self-pleasure, or as a participatory activity with a lover.

Manual Stimulation
1. The oldest, simplest and least involved method of prostate stimulation involves nothing more than a finger.
Knowing anatomy and where the finger should go is important. But beyond that, whether external massage of the
perineum or internal massage via the rectum, circular finger movement with firm pressure usually does the trick.

For safety and health, experts advise using a latex glove and sufficient lubricant. Men with inflammation of the
prostate, prostate infection or prostate cancer should not engage in prostate stimulation. And when in doubt,
consult a physician before undertaking any form of prostate massage or stimulation.

Internal Prostate Massagers

2. Several companies make electic prostate massagers. These devices enter through the rectum and are designed to aim
directly for the prostate. The massagers are meant to deliver acupressure to the prostate. They can be self-
administered.

Two of the major brands are Pro-State prostate massagers and Aneros Stimulators. Pro-State boasts a patented
hands-free mechanism. Aneros manufacturers claim minutes long, non-ejaculatory, whole-body orgasms are
possible using the Aneros Stimulator.
External Prostate Massagers
3. The Prostate Cradle claims to be the only external prostate massager. Manufacturers and sellers claim the curved,
cradle-shaped device operates by placing the massager appropriately and simply sitting on it. Makers say that while
the Cradle delivers a gentler massage than internal massagers, it has all the same effects, including prostate milking.
In addition, the Cradle also claims to help with arousal and to prolong sexual encounters.

Prostate Self-Massage Finger Techniques

The prostate is a walnut-sized organ that is located 4 to 6 inches inside the rectum of men. This
organ is responsible for creating semen, which is the milky fluid that transports sperm from the
testicles and through the urethra during ejaculation. As men age, the prostate begins to enlarge.
By massaging the prostate the seminal fluid is able to be regularly ejected, which will prevent
bacteria from building in the acini. It is vital for men over 40 to undergo a yearlyprostate exam
by their doctor.

Standard Massage
1. This massage is the standard for self prostate massaging. Before you begin the process to massage your prostate,
make sure you have gone to the bathroom to evacuate fecal matter from your bowels as well as your bladder. It is
vital that you cut and file your fingernails until they are short and very smooth. Fingernails can easily cut the fragile
lining of the rectum, which can cause a serious infection. To provide a sterile experience, place a standard latex
glove over the hand you will use. After you have placed the latex glove on your hand, generously apply a water-
based lubricant over your fingers.

Lay down flat on your back as if you were about to perform an exercise crunch. However, if this position is
uncomfortable, find a position that allows you easy access to your anus. After you have found a comfortable
position, gently insert your finger into the anus. Since the sphincter muscle will tighten, it may take several minutes
to comfortably work your finger into the anal cavity. As your finger is inserted into the rectum, keep your finger on
the abdomen side of the wall. Slowly move your finger upward as if you were trying to reach your belly button. The
prostate gland feels like a small walnut and it is very sensitive to touch. After you have found the prostate gland, you
will want to gently rub your finger along the sides of the gland. Gently caress the prostate for several minutes to
properly stimulate the gland. Fluid may begin to escape your penis as you stimulate the prostate, however, this is
normal. After the prostate has been sufficiently stimulated it will then release the seminal fluid. During this moment
it is natural to experience a rush of sexual pleasure and an orgasm may follow the release of the prostate fluid.

If at any point throughout the massage you feel pain, immediately discontinue the massage and visit your physician.
Also, if you find this massage technique to be impossible due to body fat or the prostate being higher up in the
rectum than expected, visit your physician and have the doctor massage the prostate for you.

How to Stimulate the Prostate During Sex

The prostate is located between a male's bladder and rectum. It can be reached through the rectum by
insertion of a partner's fingers. The tip of your partner's fingers can reach the prostate, which is smooth
and the size and shape of a walnut. Some men enjoy stimulation of their prostate during sexual activity as
for some it intensifies orgasm.
Instructions
1. Make the appropriate preparations. It's important to realize that protection is still required when stimulating the
prostate as certain diseases can still be contracted through blood, cuts and feces. It's best to wear latex finger
condoms to keep both you and your partner safe. As the rectum is sensitive, a water-based lubricant should be
applied to the outside of the latex before stimulation begins.

2. Step 2
Insert your finger into your male partner's rectum. The more relaxed your partner is, the easier the process will be. If
it's your partner's first time, it is wise to allow him to choose a position that he feels is most comfortable for him.
Start with one finger and only move along with an additional finger if it's something your partner desires. The first
third of the rectum is the most sensitive. Slowly insert your finger only a millimeter into the rectum. Pull back out
and gently re-enter a millimeter farther. Repeat this process patiently as your partner will begin to relax and allow
more movement. Once you reach past the first third of the rectum you will have a much easier time.

3. Step 3
Stimulate the prostate. Once you have fully inserted your finger into your partners rectum you will be approximately
at the point of the prostate. The prostate feels like a walnut sized button. To reach the prostate begin making a "come
hither" motion with your finger, toward the male's stomach. This will allow you to rub against the prostate.

4. Step 4
Experiment with different techniques. Different men appreciate different stimulation. You can rub, tap, massage or
stroke the prostate. In addition, some men just like pressure applied to their prostate. Communicate with your
partner so that you can understand what he likes best.

How to Milk the Prostate Gland

Prostate Massage
1. Step 1
Empty bladder and/or bowels completely.

2. Step 2
Wash the area around the anus to remove any possible infectious agents before you begin.

3. Step 3
Assume a comfortable position (either prone or lying on your side) on the table.

4. Step 4
Put on the non-latex gloves and lubricate the fingers on your dominant hand.

5. Step 5
Insert one finger gently into the anus and begin moving slowly up the rectum wall until you can feel something
small and round. That is theprostate gland .
6. Step 6
Gently stroke the prostate gland along the sides for a few minutes, avoiding the top or bottom of the gland.

7. Step 7
Upon contraction, the gland should release some seminal fluid. The sensation may vary from person to person.

8. Step 8
Remove gloves and dispose of them properly.
