On January 9, 2011 at 2130 hours your affiant received information that a wanted juvenile was staying at a residence located at 17190 Mount Vernon Rd. #134, based on this information I responded to that address on January 10, 2011 at 1015 hours. I knocked on the front door and. heard a dog bark and children talking, I announced my presence as a police Officer at which time the door was answered. I advised the juvenile female that I was there to execute a warrant for the arrest of the juvenile female who answered the door ( ) stated that Twas there, and had him come to the door, I stepped inside and took’ into custody where I smelled the strong odor of marihuana permeating the home, I as anyone had been smoking marihuana and all three juveniles stated “ we weren't, but i. has a medical marihuana license and that smell is from her smoking” though ‘was not, home. 1 escorted {MRE to my unmarked police vehicle where 1 completed a custody form, and notified the Jefferson County Juvenile Assessment Center who screened (gg for detentions. Your Affiant asked if he had smoked any marihuana, to which he replied that he just did, I then asked where he got the marihuana and he replied that gave it to him, she gives it to all the kids” ‘went on to say that iS a lot of it inher trailer”. On January 11, 2011 Your Affiant again interviewed QUE who provided ‘me the names of other juveniles who have obtained marihuana from Michelle Whitmire, these included elementary school aged children, middle school aged children, and high school aged children, QQQMMP stated that these gatherings that Michelle Whitmire most recently provided marihuana for, occurred on January 7 and 8, 2011, but that it has happened other times as well. (ERMAN stated that the marihuana is kept in Michelle Whitmire’s bedroom behind the TV ona dresser in a large jar, located on the south east corner of the residence where paraphernalia would also be found, a: stated that marihuana would also be found in SIMI room along with paraphemalia, but that it is just spread about the room which is located on the north east comer of the residence.
