Respected Sr. KAFFASHIAN: In my condition of The Executive Director of the Colombian Association of Professional soccer players ACOLFUTPRO, very respectfully I resort to this presidency to request your intervention in order that the representatives of the Club MESRAFSANJAN F.C, Club of The First Division, Member of the Federation at that you Preside, they return the Passport of the Professional soccer player of Colombian Nationality and Member of our Association Mr. EDISON FONSECA PULGARIN. Mr. Fonseca linked himself to thé Club MESRAFSANJAN F.C. on September 2010, and for disagreements and contractual breaches, finished his work contract with areasonable cause last Saturday, January 8, 2011.
