Definition

This website is providing booking of flights, hotels and buses for tours and
guide to choose tour places.

Project Description

This website helps tourist to choose good hotel and travel through flights or
bus. It gives different types of Holiday packages and schemes to customer. It gives
travel guidance for picnic places. Customer reserve flight-hotel-bus and make
payment through credit card.

A customer can get membership of this site. These customers can get
subscription to Holiday packages and travel schemes.

Modules

1) Administrator

Administrator must be able to login with administrative privileges. He\She

have following rights.

a. Can delete a particular user form server.

b. Updates all information about flights, buses, hotels, holyday
packages.
c. Publish different schemes related to tours.

2) User Registration

a. To register the user to the server, user must provide the following
information.
 User ID: Which will identify user uniquely in the
database? (The User ID should be unique). Since the
user ID is the primary key in the database.
 User Password: It is the desired password, which user
will choose for his account.
 E-mail ID: It’s an email address of user.
b. All fields mention above is necessary.
c. After successfully completing the registration user should be redirected
to the login page with registration success message.

3) User Login

a. User must provide correct user name and password.

b. Else prompt for password recovery (register Users Only).
c. The login page must have the Registration button or link which will
redirect user to the registration page for sign up.

4) Catalogue

a. Flights
 Search flights from leaving place and Going place,
departure and return date.
 Filter flights by
1) By stops. (Non-stop or One stop)
2) By budget.
3) By time range.
4) By Airlines company.
 Review flight information

b. Hotels
 Search hotel by stars, Amenities (like swimming pool,
Restaurant, Health club etc)
 Facilities: water, AC, direct dial phone, TV, dish Cable,
Internet, Telephone Rooms, Complimentary toiletries
 In and Around: Distance from attracting place from Hotel,
e.g. park, cinema, railway station
 Hotel photos (flash)

c. Bus
 Search buses from leaving place and Going place, departure
and return date.
 Filter buses by
1) Type of bus
• A/c
• Sleeper
• Volvo
2) By travels operator
• Eagle
• Raj national
• Shreenath
 Select boarding point and seats on bus layout.
 Review the bus information

5) Booking

After reading the catalogue Tourists can book there, Flight or buses by
certain way of payment.

 By credit card
