Abstract:
The title itself illustrates the clarity of the topic .This report
elaborates the past activities by the Taliban and their direct connections with
ISI .The Sanctuary given by the ISI to the Taliban is androgynous and due to this
the peace of the land is at stake. And double game by Pakistan is because they
want both geopolitical stability and co-existence.

Introduction:
During February and May some interviews were taken from a
numbers of Taliban commanders. They were of the point that Pakistan is taking
steps to control the threats against India and growing Pashtun nationalism.

Washington post says that the killing of Haqqani group and other
Taliban groups is done by the military.

For Taliban there was an immediate need of an external sanctuary

and Pakistan believed in their regional strength and strategic depth in the rivalry
against India and a commander of Taliban said that they help us a lot but they
need their own strength and for this they are helping us and for this interest the
problems faced by Afghanistan are due to the Kashmir issue.

ISI is directly in link with the Taliban and support of Taliban by ISI is a
fact that no one discusses and this is because they don’t believe in each other.
Another commander states that there are 30% of ISI Taliban here and are
colossally powerful than the other Taliban and that’s the main reason they chose
to work for ISI and live in Pakistan.

Two categories of Taliban were ordered by Pakistani government to

get released those who were known to media and those who were in senior
positions in Afghan government.
 Training and recruitment of 80 % of fighters are trained in Pakistan
shows the organized level maintained by Pakistan and around 4000
students are in big maddarassas and Jihad is discussed everyday .

Quetta shura is a very big organization that is working with Taliban

and is in direct linkage with the ISI and regularly getting the aid along with
weapons and fuels overnight in trucks crossing the Durand line….

Conclusion:
Linkage of ISI is deep rooted with Taliban and ISI has strong
operational strategies. And moreover with the unjust and non influential
government the violence and devastations with continue for a long time.
