 Ullage Interface Detector to find out exact oil & water inside the tank, Manual & UTI dipping.

 Repair vessel, Conversion FPSO, FSO, Rig ship & New building, Dismantling & mantling (erection)
of valves, pipes, generators, plates, pumps, motors, coolers & machinery items.

Leader Ship:

 Controlling 100 to 120 people, 15 to 20 Vessels.

Oil field:

o Prepare Risk Assessment & explain about the risk and how to control.
o Before lifting check the location and prepare lifting gears, And arrange work permit, vehicle entry
permit and validity the permit.
o Before using the lifting gears & tools, check the tools it is damage or not & present colour code.

Ship yard:

o Before starting job contact toolbox talk.

o Must be follow ‘T’ card when entering to on-board & confined space entry.
o Barricade system to be follows.
o Handrails are fitted around all openings.
o Follow the safe rigging practice (using proper tools) & safe work practice on heights. (Safety harness)
o Safety is the highest priority

Job Description:

• Ensure that the work is carried out safely and in line with project specification,
work instruction and standard procedures.
• Plan, organize and follow-up
• Directly responsible for productivity by develop way to follow up and control man-
hours being consumed on project.
• Coordinate and liaise with Managers, Superintendent, and all trades, ensuring
smooth workflow on project.
• Provide dynamic back up to the foreman for managing and handling project and
providing technical advice.
• Ensure all work carried out safely company high standard, Department safety
program and company safety objective are strictly followed and action is taken
against defaulter.
• Conduct frequent audits around work area and report non-compliance to the
Managers on issues of Safety Quality and Productivity.
• Encourage the use of proper tools and technique for rigging job on high level of
effectiveness and efficiency.
• Stop processes if they do not meet requirement, rise near misses / hazard
spotted and occurrence report and develop corrective preventive action
 • Take ownership of success or failure of the individual project and resort
corrective measure
