Dear M Phil Scholar/Study Center Co-ordinatior,

This is to inform you that the University has rescheduled M Phil Examination as noted
given below:

Paper Date Day Time

I. Research Methodology 18-11-2010 Thursday 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM

II. Area of Specialization 20-11-2010 Saturday 2.00 PM to 5.00 Pm

Therefore you are instructed to attend the examinations as per the above revised dates
of M Phil examinations.

Further, it is to inform you to submit M Phil Dissertations to the Director, Directorate of

Distance Education, S.V. University, Tirupati on or before 20th May 2011 by paying
Dissertation Evaluation fee of Rs.1360/- by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the
Registrar, S.V. University, payable at Andhra Bank/ State Bank of India, SVU Campus,
Tirupati which should be sent along with the Dissertation.

M Phil Examination results will be announced only on submission of Candidates

Original Degree Certificate (Convocation) along with Original Migration Certificate ( in
the case of other than S.V. University post graduates ), or attested Xerox copy of Original
Degree Certificate (Convocation) in the case of S.V. University post graduates.

Hence, the Candidates are informed to submit the above certificates through study center
after completion of the M Phil Examinations.

NOTE:
1. Hall tickets will be issued to the candidates at their examination center
from 2 days before the commencement of the examination on production
of candidates Admission Memo and Identity Card under no circumstance
the Hall-Tickets will be sent to the candidates direct or by post.

2. The candidates have to make their own arrangements for boarding and
lodging during the period of their stay at the examination center.

3. The candidate should carry the Original Hall-Tickets and Identity Card
before entering into the examination hall for verification by the concerned.
