:
1) How to expand the reach of the group to cover the whole 250 members of AEC96 Batch?
a. We have a reasonable mass to start activities which we are planning.
b. The current set of members needs to be divided under Geo leads and active communication
channels needs to be established.

c. Everyone try to contact as many friends as possible to dig out missing contacts.
d. Try to reach the physical addresses to see if the missing friends can be reached.
2) What are the Short term and Long term objectives of the initiative?
a. Short Term – Memento distribution
i. Arrange the members under leads and collect the address details
ii. Gather as many photo graphs possible to print calendar
iii. Print and distribute calendar as early as New Year.
b. Short Term – Trust registration
i. Finalize location to registration of Trust Dec 18
ii. Register it by 01/01/11
c. Long Term – AEC Meet
i. Plan for regional meet
ii. Decide on location where to have the 2011 AEC meet
iii. Start collecting inputs on location and date
