Please verify that the Bruker Optic I and II tax abatements do not include a residential home that has
taxes abated.

In response to your leuer dated April 26, 2010 the following irformation is p
Dirk Laukien currently has a Homestead Exemption (effective for tile 20lO year) filed his primary residence
located in Woodlands Research Forest See 8, Res B 2.25@, MCAD #9714-08-00200 (property Record Card
attached). The residential improvement was not omitted from MCAD Appraisal Rolls, the home was carried as a
partial complete for the 2009 year and 100% for the 2010 Appraisal Year.
