Policy statement and IMS policy of Voith Industrial Services

As a service provider, we recognize the importance of protecting employees and the

environment, meeting the customer's wishes, systematic management and an open
information policy.

We are aware of our particular responsibility for quality, for our employees, the public and our
environment. For this reason, we have added specific operational principles to our company
policy, which apply for every employee.

We consider protecting the environment and guaranteeing the health of our employees to be
an important factor, which contributes to improving the competitiveness of our company and
is beneficial in commercial terms. Protecting the environment not only reduces costs by
minimizing waste, it also improves the legal security and overall organization of our company
through more efficient processes and procedures.

The social and ecological aspect is particularly important for our company and makes a
considerable contribution to the overall organization. Our quality and environmental
management systems are a basic requirement for a forward-looking organization.
Environmental management, in particular, is an important performance indicator for
operational processes and the organization of our company.

The manifestos on technical risk, quality, the environment and occupational safety within the
Voith Group are binding for us. On this basis, our priorities lie in the areas of

quality, environment and occupational safety

and are achieved by:

• Providing our customers with faultless services and products

• Continually improving the integrated management system (quality, environment and
occupational safety)
• Developing new corporate and organizational structures
• Ensuring customer orientation in all internal and external processes
• Meeting the demands of relevant environmental laws and ordinances
• Providing safe and environmentally friendly workstations
• Complying with labor protection laws, guidelines, standards and ordinances
• Encouraging our employees to learn about new procedures and processes

The Board of Management uses these company principles as a basis for our corporate strategy.
