GENERAL
The work mentioned herein under shall include but
not limited to:
Supply, erection, installation, connecting to all
necessary accessories, testing and commissioning
of all descriptions according to the applicable
specifications, enviromental conditions and as
shown on the project drawings, related civil, are the
responsibility of the contractor.

The cost of the full detailed shop drawings, as-built

drawings.
The contractor should read the BOQ in conjunction
with project detailed drawings to control the price of
each items.

Refrigerant Pipes Sleeves:

1 PVC (Class-4) sleeve pipes for refrigerant pipes
through all types of walls and between indoor and
outdoor A/C units with 3 " diameter.

The work shall include all civil works to return back

all thigns to its origernal. M 80

A/C Drain Pipes:

2 PVC (Class-4) drain pipes for A/C units from indoor
units to nearest drain floor drain or A/C drain pipes
riser with 1 " diameter and according to drawings.

Chimney:
3 Pre-insulated galvanized steel sheet metal (gage-
14) 10" diameter chimney insulated by 1" thicjness
rockwool insulation. The Chimney shall spread from
fireplaces to roof c/w steel accessories, fittings,
supports, terminations and shrouds, offset elbows
… etc. according to Architecture detail drawings.
