GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. The call letter bears the photograph of the candidate. Check for the correctness of the
photograph in the call letter. You must sign in the space provided only in the presence of
the invigilator.

2. If there is any discrepancy in the call letter, you must contact FMS office at least one week
before the date of examination. No representation will be entertained on the day of
examination. No request for change in the date of examination and/or centre will be
entertained .

3. You will not be permitted for the examination without the call letter.

4. You are prohibited from bringing into the examination hall any book or portion thereof,
manuscript etc, or from communicating with outer candidates or with any person outside the
hall or copying from each other.

5. Your candidature is provisional and is subject to satisfying all the criteria prescribed for the
admission and verification of all your original certificates.
