The humble Petition for Anticipatory

Bail on behalf of the above named

Petitioner.

Most Respectively Sheweth:-

1. That this is an application for grant of Anticipatory bail to the petitioners who are

apprehending their arrest in connection with for the offence under Section of the

Indian Penal Code.

2. That the Petitioners have not moved earlier before this Hon’ble Court either for

Anticipatory bail or Regular bail in this matter.

3. That this case has been instituted on basis of the written report of the Informant

namely on who stated interalia as follows:-----

4. That the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to

previous enmity and village politics and the petitioners have committed no offence as

alleged in the Complaint case.

12. That the petitioners have moved for Anticipatory Bail before the learned Session

Judge, vide A.B.P.No. of who by his order dated rejected the prayer for

Anticipatory Bail of the Petitioner.

It is, therefore, prayed that your Lordships

may graciously be pleased to enlarge the

Petitioner on Anticipatory bail in the event

of his arrest or surrender in connection with

to the satisfaction of the learned Sri K.M.

Tiwari, the learned Judicial Magistrate,

Buxar. .

AND / OR

Pass such other order or orders as your

Lordships may deem fit and proper in the

facts and circumstances of this case.

And for this the Petitioners shall ever pray.

AFFIDAVIT
