I'm sure that most are going to skip over this section and go straight to the explanations. ..so | guess I’m mainly doing this for me. Many many years ago | started development of an effect that was soon to become the stepping stone for my lecturing career. Time after time | was fascinated how magicians and laymen alike were enjoying being fooled by a card effect based on a simple principle. After being released, “Torn” was finding its way into the hands of some of the biggest names in magic. Soon | began receiving emails about the effect and about the short montage of effects that was at the beginning of the instructional tape. One of the main questions was regarding another torn and restored card that was demo-d in the montage. “Torn Too” was developed so that | could have a fast, VISUAL and easy torn and restored card that | could perform in a cocktail or restaurant strolling setting. The effect is quick, easy and resets itself which is EXACTLY what | wanted. So after being bugged and pushed by my friends to go ahead and release the effect... caved in, got off my a** and started production of the instructions for “Torn Too.” | hope you enjoy it.
