Sweet and Sour Sauce (Traditional)

1/4 cup vinegar 1 1/2 tsp finely chopped green onion


1/4 cup sugar 2 1/2 tsp cornstarch
6 Tbsp water 1 tsp oil, heated
3/4 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp finely minced ginger

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook stirring


continuously intil thick and smooth. Cover and keep warm.
