Procedure to make a setup file in VB.

Net
File->New->Setup & Deployment
File->Add->Existing Project->Select Project(from drive)->Open
Application Folder->Right Click->Add->Folder(then select that folder and right c
lick ->project o/p->ok)
Select Project O/P->Right CLick ->Create Shortcut(can select icons from ur drive
for that go in further detail)
drag the created shortcut to user desktop folder
view menu->Editor->User interface->Select start->Add New dialog->License Aggreme
nt(Make sure you have a rtf file for the same bcoz u have to add it the rtf can
be done in notepad by saving a file with .rtf extension)
Select Lic Aggrement ->Props->Add File Browes->rtf file ->ok
then built it rest remains trial and error
