    Introduction

    The career episode that I will describe here is about my job at Construction Operation
    and Maintenance (CO&M) department of Madaripur Pally Bidyut Samity (Madaripur
    PBS) which is governed by Rural Electrification Board (REB).* Madaripur Pally Bidyut
    Samity is a leading organization of electricity distribution system which serves over
    90,000 different sort of consumers * I joined REB as an Apprentice Assistant General
    Manager (co&m) *AGM (co&m)* on 20th December, 2004 and was posted at Madaripur
    Pally Bidyut Samity, Madaripur. On 15th April, 2006 I was designated AGM (co&m). Till
    then I have been working for Madaripur PBS as an AGM(co&m).
